Ironwood Home offers furniture and design consultations to help you plan rooms, choose pieces, and make confident decisions. This page explains how appointments work.

1. Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings

A consultation request submitted through the website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, the time, and the details. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly.

2. Types of Consultations

Furniture consultations — help choosing specific pieces;
Interior planning consultations — layout and furnishing plans for a room or home;
Product consultations — details, options, and suitability of a particular item;
Store visits and private appointments — dedicated time with our team.

3. Fees

If any fee applies to a particular type of consultation, it will be communicated to you when we confirm the appointment — before you commit. You will never be charged a fee that was not agreed in advance.

4. Preparing for Your Consultation

You will get the most from a consultation by bringing room measurements, photographs of your space, and any inspiration images or notes about how the room is used. For product questions, a list of the pieces you are considering helps us prepare.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Plans change — if you need to reschedule or cancel a requested or confirmed appointment, please contact us as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else and find a new time for you.
