Communication & Email Consent
This page explains when and how Ironwood Home communicates with you by email or phone, and the consent that applies to marketing communications.
1. Transactional Communications
When you submit a contact form, product inquiry, or consultation request, we use the contact details you provide to respond to that request — including confirmation emails, follow-up questions, and information about the products or appointments you asked about. These communications are part of serving you and do not require marketing consent.
2. Newsletter and Marketing Emails
We send newsletter or marketing emails only to people who have subscribed. By subscribing on our website, you consent to receive occasional email updates from Ironwood Home, such as new arrivals, rooms we love, and ideas for the home. Subscribing is never a condition of making a purchase or inquiry.
3. Unsubscribing
You can stop marketing emails at any time:
- Use the unsubscribe option included in any marketing email; or
- Email info@ironwoodhomellc.com and ask to be removed — we will process the request promptly.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional communications about an active inquiry, order, or appointment.
4. Accuracy of Sender Information
Our emails identify Ironwood Home as the sender and include our contact information. We do not use misleading subject lines or sender details.
5. Phone Contact
If you provide a phone number and ask to be contacted by phone, we will use it to respond to your request. We do not use your phone number for marketing calls or text messages. See also our SMS Terms.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your contact information is described in our Privacy Policy.
