This page explains how purchasing works at Ironwood Home. Our website is a catalog and inquiry tool — purchases are completed directly with our team, which lets us confirm every detail of your order personally.

1. Placing an Order

You can start a purchase by submitting a Request Information form on any product page, calling us at 385-216-4739, emailing info@ironwoodhomellc.com, or visiting us. We will confirm the item, options, price, availability, and delivery or pickup arrangements with you before your order is final.

2. Pricing

The price of your purchase is the price confirmed at the time of sale. Any pricing shown on the website is informational and subject to change until your order is confirmed. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it before an order is confirmed.

3. Payment

Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you place your order. Payment terms — including whether payment is due in full at purchase — are stated on your receipt or order confirmation.

4. Special and Custom Orders

Items ordered specifically for you — including special sizes, fabrics, finishes, or custom configurations — may require a deposit and may have different cancellation and return terms than stocked items. Any such terms are communicated clearly before you commit to the order.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed or ordered from a manufacturer can usually be changed or cancelled without difficulty; special orders already in production may be subject to the terms confirmed at purchase.

6. Title and Risk

Ownership of and responsibility for a purchased item pass to you upon completed delivery or, for customer pickups, when the item leaves our premises.
