Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love the furniture you bring home. This page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Ironwood Home.

1. Return Terms Are Confirmed at Purchase

Because our catalog includes stocked pieces, special orders, and clearance items, the specific return window and any conditions that apply to your purchase are stated on your receipt or order confirmation at the time of sale. If you are unsure what terms apply to your order, contact us with your order details and we will confirm them.

2. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, free of damage, stains, odors, and pet hair, with any tags and protective packaging intact;
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required;
  • Returns and exchanges must be arranged with us in advance — please contact us before bringing an item back or scheduling a pickup;
  • Special orders, custom orders, and items marked "final sale" or "as is" may not be returnable; any such limitation is stated at the time of sale;
  • Delivery charges are generally non-refundable once delivery has been completed, and return transportation may be the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, which depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your furniture at delivery or pickup. If an item arrives damaged or defective, note it with the delivery team where possible and contact us promptly — including photographs helps us resolve the issue quickly. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right in accordance with the terms of your purchase and any applicable warranty.
