Product Warranty Information
This page explains how product warranties work for furniture purchased from Ironwood Home.
1. Coverage Varies by Product
Warranty coverage differs from piece to piece. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty, and the specific coverage, duration, and terms that apply to your purchase are provided with the product or confirmed at the time of sale. If you would like to know the warranty that applies to a particular piece before buying, ask us and we will provide the available details.
2. Manufacturer Warranties
Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. We will assist you in making a claim under a manufacturer's warranty, including confirming coverage and coordinating with the manufacturer where we are able.
3. What Warranties Typically Do Not Cover
Coverage terms are controlled by the applicable warranty document, but furniture warranties commonly exclude:
- Normal wear and tear, including softening of cushions and natural fading;
- Damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper cleaning products and methods;
- Natural variation in wood grain, leather markings, and textile texture, which are characteristics of natural materials rather than defects;
- Damage from sun exposure, moisture, or extreme temperature and humidity;
- Products sold "as is" or "final sale," where noted at purchase.
4. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, contact us with:
- Your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation);
- A description of the issue and when it appeared;
- Photographs of the issue, which help us assess it quickly.
We will review your claim, confirm the applicable coverage, and work with you on repair, replacement, or another remedy in accordance with the applicable warranty.
5. Your Legal Rights
Nothing on this page limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited.
